I started Coastal Connections with a simple goal: to help homeowners make technology easier, more reliable, and genuinely useful.

After more than 30 years working in technology, operations, project leadership, and customer service within the corporate and healthcare worlds, I decided to take that experience in a new direction. I wanted to step away from corporate life and pursue something I am genuinely passionate about—helping people in my community feel more comfortable and confident with the technology in their homes.

Coastal Connections is a local, family-owned business built around personal service, practical solutions, and trust.

I believe technology should make your home more comfortable, secure, connected, and convenient—not leave you feeling frustrated or overwhelmed. My goal is never to fill your home with complicated equipment or sell you more than you need. I take the time to listen, understand what you are trying to accomplish, explain your options in plain language, and recommend solutions that fit your home, lifestyle, and budget.
