I started Coastal Connect ME with a simple goal: to help homeowners, small businesses, and community organizations make technology easier, more reliable, and genuinely useful.

After more than 30 years working in technology, healthcare operations, project leadership, and customer service, I decided to bring that experience closer to home. I wanted to build a local company where people could receive knowledgeable, personalized technology help from someone they know and trust.

Coastal Connect ME is a local, family-owned business serving homeowners, small businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations throughout Midcoast Maine. Whether you are trying to improve the Wi-Fi in your home, troubleshoot a computer, install security cameras, organize your business technology, or plan a larger technology project, you will work directly with me from the first conversation through completion.

I believe technology should make life and work easier—not leave people feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, or unsure whom to call. My approach begins with listening carefully, understanding what you are trying to accomplish, and explaining your options in plain language. I will recommend practical solutions that fit your needs and budget without selling you equipment or services you do not need.

For homeowners, that may mean improving Wi-Fi coverage, setting up computers and devices, installing smart-home technology or security cameras, technology to monitor a seasonal home, or helping an older family member use technology more safely and confidently.

My professional background includes leadership mentoring, healthcare operations and technology, project management, workplace violence prevention, security, vendor coordination, system transitions, and supporting environments where reliability, security, and thoughtful planning matter. I bring that same organized and dependable approach to every engagement, regardless of its size.

Most importantly, I want every customer to feel comfortable asking questions and confident using the technology once the work is complete. I will take the time to explain what I have done, show you how everything works, and make sure you know who to call when you need help again.
